What areas do you serve?
We serve Wylie, Sachse, Murphy, Lucas, and surrounding North Texas communities within approximately 15 miles. Drop us your zip code in the quote form and we'll confirm coverage.
Do you offer bi-weekly mowing? How does that work?
Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly lawn service are both built into the way Howly runs. We come on a set schedule, mow, edge, and blow off hard surfaces every visit. Same standard, different pace, depending on what fits the property and the season.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is custom-quoted based on your property size, service mix, number of pets, and visit frequency. Weekly and bi-weekly lawn and dog waste plans are built into the current setup. Recurring litter support is available where it fits the household. Use our package builder for a ballpark or submit a quote request and we'll come back with a real number.
Do you require a contract?
No long-term contracts. Recurring plans run on simple recurring billing and easy scheduling. One-time services are exactly that. You can adjust or cancel with reasonable notice. We'd rather earn your repeat business than lock you in.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Weather happens. If conditions prevent us from safely completing service, we'll reschedule to the next available day and communicate the change. You're never skipped without notice.
What's included in haul-off service?
For dog waste cleanup, the waste haul-away is included every visit. Separate haul-off is an add-on for yard waste, debris, storm clippings, and junk that needs to leave the property. If you've got a bigger pile that needs to disappear, we can make that happen.
Do you work with rental properties or property managers?
Yes. We're happy to work with property managers, landlords, and rental property owners. Between-tenant cleanups, recurring lawn maintenance, and pet-related service are all things we handle for rental properties.
Can I add services or change my plan after I start?
Absolutely. You can add services, change frequency, or adjust your plan at any time with reasonable notice. Lawn care, dog waste cleanup, litter support, and add-ons can all be reshaped as the household changes.
Are you insured?
Yes. Howly operates with appropriate liability coverage for the services we provide, and team members going onto properties are background-checked. We keep communication clean, check the gate before we leave, and send photo confirmation when appropriate. If you have a specific coverage question, just ask.
Do I need to be home for service?
Usually, no. As long as we have safe access and the setup is clear, we can handle the visit while you are away. We check the gate before we leave and can send photo confirmation when appropriate.
Can I request a heads-up before arrival?
If your household needs a text or call heads-up, tell us. We keep access notes and communication preferences on the account and do our best to keep the service flow easy to follow without overpromising a minute-by-minute route clock.
Can my dog be outside during service?
Usually yes, as long as your dog is friendly and the setup is safe. If there are any behavior notes we should know before the visit, tell us up front and we will build around them.
Can I buy a Howly gift card?
Yes, by request. Online checkout is not live yet, but if you want to gift Howly to a busy pet household, email or text us and we can handle it manually.
